Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives in Doha, Qatar. The role involves gathering requirements, analysing processes, and helping deliver effective solutions while collaborating closely with both business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyse business processes, systems, and operational needs.
• Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support solution design and implementation activities.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and business analysis deliverables.
• Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Assist in project planning and implementation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related role.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent are preferred.
