Business Analyst Supervisor

About the role

The Business Analyst Supervisor will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. You will lead a team of analysts, ensure workloads are balanced, and deliver timely, data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate analysis results, recommend process improvements, and implement control self‑assessment tools.
• Use problem‑solving skills to translate complex data into actionable business stories.
• Support Business Analysts and departments by identifying relevant issues and providing proactive guidance.
• Assist the Business Process Manager with hardware management and skill‑development initiatives.
• Analyze data and reports to boost productivity and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare and present daily reports to the Business Process Manager.
• Plan yearly leave schedules and create project/upgrade timelines, ensuring adherence by all team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong work ethic and a solid understanding of product development and technology requirements.
