Business Development Manager – Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, client‑focused Business Development Manager to join a leading financial services organisation in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in brokerage, trading or investment markets and the ability to grow and manage a portfolio of retail and institutional clients while complying with SCA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with retail and institutional clients.
• Promote investment, brokerage, trading and wealth‑management solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Provide market insights and investment guidance to clients.
• Ensure compliance with SCA regulations and internal policies.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective client management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the brokerage industry.
• Valid SCA licence (mandatory).
• Experience in financial services, trading, crypto or investment sectors.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Own client database or network.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic or English and French.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
