About the role
MBG Corporate Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its international client base. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored advisory solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to uncover potential growth areas and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
- Develop and present proposals that align client needs with MBG’s service offerings.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Create and execute strategic plans for entering new markets or launching new services.
- Forecast sales performance, set targets, and report progress to senior management.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure and independently.
- Creative thinking, initiative and rigorous analysis in business problem solving.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.
