Business Development Officer – Facility Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in Facility Management to drive growth and acquire new clients in Qatar. The role focuses on promoting integrated hard and soft FM solutions and supporting the full tender and proposal cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Qatar FM market.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote integrated Hard & Soft Facility Management solutions.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders and potential contract opportunities.
• Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, presentations and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial and Technical teams to develop appropriate client solutions.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and business development activities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth areas.
• Support negotiations and follow opportunities through the business development cycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Facility Management Business Development.
• Good understanding of both Hard & Soft FM services.
• Previous experience in the Qatar or GCC FM market is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in client acquisition, lead generation and relationship development.
• Experience with FM tenders, proposals and commercial submissions.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of FM service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facility Management or related discipline preferred.
• Qatar Driving Licence preferred.
