Business Lead – FX & Commodity Hedging

About the role

Lead the development and expansion of the bank’s foreign exchange (FX) and commodity hedging business across Qatar, Turkey, and Egypt. Drive growth in risk‑management revenues and increase client adoption of hedging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and commercialization of a broad suite of hedging solutions, from basic products to advanced structured offerings.
• Strengthen product capabilities, platform integration, and market penetration.
• Design and lead sales coverage, client‑management, and operating‑model transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple product groups and stakeholder environments.
• Engage senior executives and align diverse business units toward common goals.

Required profile

• 12+ years of banking experience with a strong background in corporate, institutional, coverage, transaction banking, markets, or sales management.
• Proven experience in designing or leading sales coverage, client management, or operating‑model transformation initiatives.
• Experience working across multiple product groups and large‑scale banking transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of GTB, GSF, GM, GAM, and FAM business lines.
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue growth and client penetration.
• Experience in organizational design, governance, and operating‑model transformation.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to engage senior executives and drive alignment across business units.
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and change‑management skills.
