CAD Operator – Roads & Highway

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CAD Operator to join our engineering and design team, focusing on road and highway projects. You will create accurate 2D and 3D drawings, develop detailed models, and ensure all documentation meets industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings for roads and highways using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Develop plans, profiles, cross‑sections, grading plans, and construction drawings.
• Convert engineering notes, specifications, and sketches into working drawings.
• Collaborate with design engineers to finalize project drawings.
• Perform dimensional calculations and verify drawing accuracy.
• Maintain organized drawing files, backup, and document control.
• Ensure compliance with CAD standards, ISO 19650 workflows, and project specifications.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in road and highway design and modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
