Call Center Agent (Preferably Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Doha is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to handle guest reservation enquiries. This position supports the hotel’s reservation team by delivering accurate and courteous service to guests worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail.
• Identify guest reservation needs and recommend appropriate room types.
• Verify room availability and confirm bookings accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic language skills preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
