Campus Life Coordinator – Student Activities

About the role

The Campus Life Coordinator is responsible for designing and delivering vibrant community‑building programs, events and activities that enrich student life across Education City’s pre‑university and post‑secondary institutions. Working closely with partner campuses, the role ensures a cohesive, engaging experience for a diverse student body.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute programs and events for students across Education City, including ABP pre‑university centres and post‑secondary institutions.
• Collaborate with counterparts at other Education City institutions to develop new initiatives and coordinate joint activities.
• Lead the development and delivery of the annual new‑student orientation program each fall, leveraging student volunteers.
• Manage the LeaderShape® program for Education City and act as the primary liaison between LeaderShape® and each branch campus.
• Implement a student leadership development programme for both pre‑university and post‑secondary centres.
• Co‑create a student‑led awards recognition programme in partnership with branch campus teams.
• Advise the 10‑member Education City programming board on strategic programming decisions.
• Develop and run a speaker series using a student board to bring external expertise to campus.
• Supervise Student Activities Officers, providing guidance and performance oversight.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a university setting, preferably in program planning and student affairs management.
• Proven ability to work effectively with students, faculty and staff in a culturally diverse environment.
