Card Sales Acquisition Specialist (Teleagent)

About the role

The Card Sales Acquisition Specialist (Teleagent) will join a fast‑paced call centre in Doha, focusing on selling regulated credit‑card products over the phone. You will work with pre‑screened leads, follow approved scripts and ensure full compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound and inbound telesales campaigns to meet monthly card‑sale targets.
• Convert bank‑provided leads and pre‑approved prospects into activated credit cards.
• Apply scripted product propositions while adhering to call‑recording, quality‑assurance and compliance controls.
• Prioritise outreach using propensity models and lead lists to maximise productivity.
• Educate customers on card features, fees and benefits to improve activation within 30 days.
• Capture accurate customer data and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Maintain 100% compliance with governance, audit standards and mis‑selling prevention policies.

Required profile

• Experience selling regulated financial products via phone, following scripts and compliance controls.
• Familiarity with governed telesales environments, call recording and quality monitoring.
• Understanding of the credit‑card acquisition lifecycle (lead → sale → activation).
• Ability to work with CRM systems and maintain data quality.
