Cargo Quality & Performance Manager

About the role

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a Cargo Quality & Performance Manager to lead quality and performance initiatives for its Customer Experience team in Doha. You will shape the strategy, drive data‑based decision making, and ensure the highest standards of service across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Quality and Performance Management strategy aligned with the centralized operating model and business objectives.
• Design, implement and govern standardized KPI frameworks covering quality, productivity, SLA adherence and customer experience.
• Embed data‑driven performance management as a core discipline, providing reliable insights for leadership decisions.
• Identify systemic gaps, performance risks and improvement opportunities arising from centralisation and scale.
• Set departmental objectives and priorities that support overall business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on information security and data handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the global air cargo landscape.
• Proven experience in quality management, user acceptance testing and performance management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
