Category Executive – Flowers

About the role

We are looking for a Category Executive – Flowers to lead the growth of our flower offering on the Snoonu platform. You will be responsible for curating a diverse product range, building strong supplier relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full flower product assortment, ensuring quality, variety and alignment with customer preferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with florists, wholesalers and other suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends, pricing and competitor activity to keep the category competitive.
• Source new and innovative flower products to continuously expand the catalogue.
• Monitor inventory, sales data and demand patterns to optimise stock levels and avoid stock‑outs or overstock.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Track category performance using KPIs, customer feedback and market insights, and implement improvement actions.
• Work closely with Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of category initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in category management, retail or e‑commerce; experience in the floral industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Creative and passionate about flowers and market trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
