Chief Officer – DP2 Vessel (Crew Boat)

About the role

Milaha is seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join its DP2 crew boat fleet. The role is ideal for a DP‑certified officer with strong bridge watch‑keeping experience and a solid understanding of offshore operations. The position follows a 2‑months‑on / 1‑month‑off rotation and offers a competitive, negotiable salary.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise deck operations and ensure safe navigation of DP2 vessels.
• Manage bridge watch‑keeping, passage planning and compliance with COLREGs.
• Oversee DP system operations and coordinate with the multinational bridge team.
• Maintain vessel readiness, safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Valid Chief Mate STCW Certificate of Competency.
• Full DP License (mandatory).
• Minimum 12 months of sea‑time on DP2 vessels.
• Proven experience in bridge watch‑keeping, passage planning and DP operations.
