Civil Project Manager – Early Works Phase

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead the early works phase of our construction projects in Doha. The role focuses on site preparation, geotechnical investigations, bulk earthworks and groundwater control, ensuring that all activities are executed safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise site preparation activities, including clearing, grading and temporary facilities.
• Manage geotechnical investigations and interpret soil data for design decisions.
• Oversee bulk earthworks operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Implement groundwater control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Track progress, prepare reports and control project budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of civil project management experience.
• Mandatory prior experience on QatarEnergy or RLIC sites.
• Hands‑on experience in site preparation, geotechnical works, bulk earthworks and groundwater control.
• Must be locally available in Qatar.
