Civil Site Inspector – Qatar

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Civil Site Inspector to oversee civil and fit‑out works on large‑scale projects in Qatar, including North Oil developments. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect civil and fit‑out works against approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Identify non‑conformities during site inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Review method statements, material submittals and inspection requests.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, site observations and quality documentation.
• Support project handover and verify completion of punch‑list items.
• Participate in site meetings and provide technical input on progress and quality matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Inspector in Qatar.
• Mandatory experience on North Oil projects and large‑scale fit‑out works.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar construction standards, codes and HSE requirements.
