About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations in a food‑service environment. You will ensure high standards of sanitation, manage a large team and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare schedules, checklists and basic reports for cleaning activities.
- Supervise and manage cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to sanitation and hygiene procedures.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following workplace health and safety requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in catering, central kitchen, hotel or similar food‑service settings.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage large teams and adapt to flexible hours, shifts, weekends and holidays.

- Basic reporting
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
