Client Sales Aviation Consultant – Middle East

About the role

The Client Sales Aviation Consultant will support Atkins' growth in the GCC by driving technical sales and building strong client relationships across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. This role combines market development, bid management and collaboration with technical teams to deliver innovative aviation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the regional aviation market.
• Create and execute key account plans to penetrate new service areas.
• Lead and support the bidding process, maintaining the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to propose complementary services.
• Leverage cross‑functional Atkins capabilities to expand offerings for existing and new clients.
• Manage pursuit processes and ensure client feedback informs future opportunities.
• Travel frequently across the GCC to meet clients and support project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Fluent Arabic speaking is essential.
• Aviation industry experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build effective internal and external networks.
• Demonstrated success in technical sales strategy and client relationship management.
