About the role
This non‑clinical management role leads the day‑to‑day operations of a busy veterinary clinic, overseeing veterinary care, grooming, boarding, retail and pet relocation services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee performance across all departments, monitor revenue, costs, KPIs and utilisation.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and scheduling.
- Maintain high client service standards, handle escalated situations and use feedback to improve retention.
- Develop procedures, reporting and ensure compliance with licensing and employment regulations.
Required profile
- Proven management experience in a customer‑facing service business, preferably healthcare or veterinary.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience handling P&L, KPIs and management reports.
- Excellent client‑service and relationship‑management skills, fluent in English.
- Confidence using modern business systems and a genuine interest in animal welfare.
