About the role

The construction company seeks a qualified nurse to work independently on site while being supervised by a doctor. The role involves providing immediate medical care to employees and maintaining medical records.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first aid and immediate treatment for minor injuries on the construction site.
  • Issue referrals for further treatment when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly medical reports to management.
  • Provide daily medical treatment updates to the Safety, Health & Environment department.

Required profile

  • BSc in Nursing or a 5‑year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma.
  • Valid DHP license as a Registered General Nurse in Qatar with an active QCHP/DHP profile.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 1–2 years in ER, ICU, or construction/industrial settings.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; OSHA or NEBOSH certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English.
