Clinical Patient Coordinator – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Seed Health & Wellness Centre is seeking a compassionate Clinical Patient Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and strong in English. You will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them to the appropriate practitioner or service and helping convert qualified leads into appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Listen to concerns, ask screening questions and triage patients using approved clinical pathways.
• Recommend suitable practitioners, consultations or services.
• Follow up with leads and support appointment conversion.
• Document interactions, lead status and follow‑up actions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with clinical and patient‑care teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Utilise digital tools and AI‑supported workflows to improve communication and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Pharmacy or another healthcare‑related field (license not required).
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Graduate of a Qatari university and resident in Qatar for at least 10 years.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, digital communication platforms and productivity tools.
• Willingness to use AI tools in daily work.
• Excellent listening, empathy and patient‑care orientation.
• Flexible to work varying shifts based on clinic needs.
• Positive, proactive attitude with initiative.
