Clinical Psychologist (Arabic Speaking) – Doha

About the role

Espoir Psychiatric Center in Doha is seeking two qualified Clinical Psychologists fluent in Arabic to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling to a diverse patient population within a specialized mental health facility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and administer psychometric tests such as WAIS and MMPI.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services, including evidence‑based approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with professional standards.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Experience working in a clinical or psychiatric setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Psychometric testing (e.g., WAIS, MMPI).
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Knowledge of additional evidence‑based therapeutic modalities.
