About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead the sales function, aligning it with the global commercial strategy and driving revenue growth across multiple industry verticals. This senior position works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure commercial objectives support overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve country targets, including new client acquisition, retention, and cross‑selling.
  • Lead sales forecasting, set quotas, and create sales plans for all channels.
  • Oversee the sales policy, procedures, and KPI monitoring to ensure performance against objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support talent management, training, and succession planning for the commercial team.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging product opportunities.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial strategies and driving sales performance.
  • Strong client relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
