About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the Cold Kitchen team at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha. The role focuses on pastry preparation and supporting the culinary team in delivering high‑quality, guest‑focused service in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cold‑kitchen dishes, with a focus on pastry items.
- Support the culinary team in daily service operations.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest‑focused attitude.
- International experience in luxury hotel brands.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Desire to learn, ability to work under pressure and strong English communication.
