Concert & Fanzone Director (F1 and MotoGP)

About the role

The Concert & Fanzone Director will plan and deliver concerts, fan zones and live entertainment for major Formula 1 and MotoGP events at LCSC, ensuring seamless execution on event day.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage concerts, fan zones and live entertainment from preparation through event day.
• Prepare schedules, operational plans, production requirements, site plans and timelines.
• Coordinate artists, performers, production teams, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee readiness of stages, backstage, audience areas, fan zones, activations and supporting facilities.
• Manage technical and production requirements such as staging, audio‑visual, lighting, power and infrastructure.
• Lead briefings, rehearsals, readiness checks and event‑day coordination, and support post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in concerts, festivals, fan zones or large‑scale live events.
• Hands‑on experience delivering major public events and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of live‑event operations, production requirements and venue readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Entertainment Management, Business Administration or related field.
