Construction Manager – Data Centers

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead on‑site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery. This role is pivotal for mission‑critical facilities where precision and reliability are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction operations and drive project progress.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP and ICT works across the site.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity and schedule adherence.
• Manage subcontractors, construction resources and resolve on‑site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements and client standards.
• Organise inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budget constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• Proven track record in mission‑critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
