About the role
The construction company seeks a qualified nurse to work independently on site while being supervised by a doctor. The role involves providing immediate medical care to employees and maintaining medical records.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first aid and immediate treatment for minor injuries on the construction site.
- Issue referrals for further treatment when necessary.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly medical reports to management.
- Provide daily medical treatment updates to the Safety, Health & Environment department.
Required profile
- BSc in Nursing or a 5‑year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma.
- Valid DHP license as a Registered General Nurse in Qatar with an active QCHP/DHP profile.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 1–2 years in ER, ICU, or construction/industrial settings.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; OSHA or NEBOSH certifications are a strong advantage.
- Fluent English.
