Consultant Oculoplastic Surgeon

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant Oculoplastic Surgeon to join a leading private/semi‑government hospital in Doha. The role involves managing complex oculoplastic, orbital and lacrimal cases within a multidisciplinary ophthalmology department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage oculoplastic, orbital and lacrimal cases from assessment through postoperative care.
• Perform advanced functional and aesthetic surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary ophthalmology team.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Ministry of Public Health standards and maintain revalidation.

Required profile

• Currently based in Doha or willing to relocate immediately.
• Valid QCHP (MOPH Qatar) license – mandatory.
• Consultant‑level qualification (FRCOphth, American Board or equivalent Tier 1).
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Oculoplastics, Orbital or Lacrimal surgery.
• Minimum 5 + years post‑specialist experience.
• Western‑trained candidates preferred.
