Consulting Graduate Associate – Management Consulting

About the role

Join the Management Consulting practice of PwC’s Academy Middle East as a Consulting Graduate Associate. You will work alongside senior consultants and business leaders to help large, complex organisations solve strategic challenges and capture growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams in all phases of consulting engagements, from data gathering to delivery of final recommendations.
• Prepare client‑facing deliverables, presentations and analytical reports.
• Contribute to the development of technical knowledge for yourself and the team.
• Stay informed on local and regional business, economic and regulatory developments.
• Support compliance requirements throughout project work.
• Build internal relationships and promote the PwC brand.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in business strategy, risk management and data‑driven decision making.
