Consumer Contact Centre Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Consumer Contact Centre Advisor to deliver high‑quality service to premium clients, handling enquiries across phone, in‑person and online channels. The role focuses on building strong relationships, resolving issues quickly and supporting sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with premium customers, responding swiftly to concerns.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, face‑to‑face or digital platforms, providing detailed product and service information.
• Achieve client‑relationship targets and monitor service‑level agreements, flagging potential issues.
• Conduct periodic client reviews and satisfaction surveys, escalating and resolving any problems.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and inform the sales team of additional product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments and cross‑functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication skills aligned with Vodafone Qatar quality standards.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Windows operating systems and internet applications.
