About the role
We are seeking a bright, energetic, and goal‑driven Sales Executive to maximise sales and achieve predetermined targets for Hyatt Regency Doha. The role works closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue‑generating departments, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with established hotel clients.
- Identify and acquire new accounts through proactive telemarketing and direct sales outreach.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and written proposals.
- Collaborate with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other departments to create integrated sales solutions.
Required profile
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine care for guests.
- International experience in luxury hotel brands, adaptable to diverse cultures.
- Strong desire to learn, grow and succeed.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver impressive results.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
