Corporate Tax Associate – Business Tax Services, Doha

About the role

PwC is hiring an Associate in its Corporate Tax services line in Doha. The Associate advises clients on their local and overseas tax affairs and acts as a strategic consultant on business analysis, working capital management and profit sharing for partners. The role also covers transfer pricing advice on the tax implications of goods and services between related parties and the tax effects of deals.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact of tax on their business
• Advise on local and overseas tax affairs and corporate tax strategy
• Ensure tax compliance and increase post-tax profits
• Provide application support to achieve good corporate tax practice
• Work as part of a team solving complex business issues from strategy to execution

Required profile

• Ability to invite and give constructive feedback, share and collaborate effectively, and identify improvements
• Responsible handling and analysis of data and information
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures
• Stay up to date with developments in the field of specialism
• Clear verbal and written communication, and a professional network
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
