Crowd & Visitor Marshall

About the role

We are looking for proactive Crowd & Visitor Marshals to ensure smooth and safe movement of people across large‑scale projects. You will act as the first point of contact, guiding visitors, staff and the public while supporting operational teams on site.

Key responsibilities

• Direct visitors, pedestrians and personnel within assigned zones.
• Support crowd management and maintain orderly movement.
• Provide clear directions and basic information to the public.
• Monitor entrances, exits, queues and designated operational areas.
• Assist with access control and movement during peak periods.
• Identify and report potential safety or security concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors, security and operations teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when required.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, security, customer service, crowd management or operational support is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Presentable, confident and able to interact with the public.
• Physically able to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Experience in Qatar or the GCC region is advantageous.
