About the role
Ensure security measures and controls are in place at a particular site to support company security operations at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Support the coordination of security and guard services and manage the team’s emergency response.
- Assist in reporting operational security risks to management and staff.
- Inspect contracted guards and security posts to ensure they meet required standards.
- Participate in security risk assessments and complete incident reports for management review.
- Coordinate the resolution of major and minor security issues and act as Security In Charge for incidents until relieved.
Required profile
- Completion of secondary school education (12 years) with a 2‑year technical preparation programme or development programme.
- Security certifications and membership of a professional security body.
- At least 5 years’ experience in military police/government (including 3 years in an industrial setting) or 7 years of private security experience in an industrial environment to junior officer level.
