Customer Care Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our team in Qatar, delivering high‑quality support to our restaurant guests. The role involves handling inbound calls in English and Arabic, addressing inquiries, complaints and feedback while upholding McDonald’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally in both English and Arabic.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Record and track each case, ensuring proper follow‑up and timely resolution.
• Coordinate with restaurants and relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain service standards in line with McDonald’s Qatar guidelines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Customer Care Supervisor.
• Prepare basic call and case reports and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and ability to handle feedback.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call‑center tools.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or quick‑service environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable sponsorship.
