Customer Engagement Manager – Physical Access Control Systems

About the role

IDCUBE is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to lead technology‑focused commercial activities for its Physical Access Control Systems in Qatar. You will act as the primary liaison between end‑customers, system integrators and internal teams, driving revenue growth and ensuring successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative sales pitches, product demos, proofs‑of‑concept and site surveys for customers and system integrators.
• Support the sales team in opportunity development, technical validation, objection handling and closing deals.
• Engage existing accounts regularly to uncover new ARR, SLA, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide trusted technology advice, recommend upgrades and additional services.
• Assist with customer deployments, commissioning, training and resolution of technical issues.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, security/facility teams, IT departments and system integrators.
• Maintain accurate customer intelligence, pipeline data and account‑growth plans.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in physical access control, security technology, ELV, presales, technical sales or systems integration.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence commercial outcomes.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills.
• Experience working with system integrators and enterprise customers.
