About the role
The Customer Service Associate plays a key part in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience at the M&S store in Qatar. You will engage customers, provide product information, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create a positive first impression by greeting customers promptly and adhering to dress code.
- Provide up‑to‑date product information and express gratitude to shoppers.
- Deliver quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and promote add‑on sales.
- Manage cash‑wrap transactions, offer gift cards, and capture customer data for the database.
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and participate in store meetings.
- Comply fully with M&S policies and perform housekeeping duties as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment.
