Customer Service Coordinator (Doha)

About the role

Khadoom, Qatar's first AI‑powered personal assistant, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join its on‑site team in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience across the platform’s wide range of services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, chat and email.
• Provide accurate information about on‑demand delivery, pet services, grocery & personal shopping, and other AI‑driven offerings.
• Track and follow up on customer tickets to guarantee timely resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to relay feedback and resolve service disruptions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic language.
