About the role
Portworld Shipping and Logistics is seeking motivated individuals for two positions: Customer Service Executive and Accounts Assistant, focused on freight forwarding operations. The roles involve direct interaction with customers and support of logistics processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to freight forwarding services.
- Coordinate shipment documentation and track cargo movement.
- Assist the accounts team with invoicing, payment follow‑up, and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in the system.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in freight forwarding or a related logistics field.
- Relevant certification or diploma in logistics, shipping, or a related area.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
