Customer Service Manager

About the role

ULTA Beauty is launching its first stores in Qatar and seeks a seasoned Customer Service Manager to shape the brand’s customer experience from day one. You will lead a team that delivers premium service across both physical locations and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies for all retail outlets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the customer service team to achieve high service standards.
• Monitor feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, loyalty programs, and in‑store events.
• Analyse customer insights to enhance the overall shopping journey.
• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure store environments reflect a premium, welcoming beauty experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in customer experience, retail operations, or store management.
• Proven leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Experience using CRM and customer‑feedback tools.
• Strong understanding of customer expectations in beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or retail settings.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional service.
