Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The position supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level inquiries in French and English for a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage cases, including modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and complaint escalations.
• Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories.
• Analyze call data and share feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay current with platform updates and collaborate with internal and external teams through documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a travel or technical support environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic communication under pressure.

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
• Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
• Salesforce proficiency.
• Operating systems: Windows 11 or later, macOS 14 or later.
