About the role

Join Microsoft’s Erada Internship in Doha as a Customer Success Account Manager Intern. You will support customers in adopting Microsoft technologies, gain hands‑on experience in digital transformation projects, and develop industry‑specific knowledge through a structured six‑month program.

Key responsibilities

• Research customer industry trends and business processes to inform solution recommendations.
• Assist customers in optimizing the use of Microsoft products and adopting best practices.
• Shadow senior CSAMs and participate in on‑the‑job training across Microsoft teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including AI, machine‑learning, and cloud‑computing projects.
• Engage in mentorship, coaching, and regular feedback sessions.

Required profile

• Qatari national eligible for the Erada program.
• Enrolled in a university program or recent graduate seeking a full‑time internship.
• Strong interest in technology, customer success, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure (or other Microsoft cloud services) knowledge.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts.
• Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Cloud Computing basics.
