About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the brand, drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection and convert browsers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
- Maintain store merchandising, visual presentation and stock layout according to standards.
- Handle POS transactions, process payments and manage cash till accurately.
- Record inventory movements and ensure proper reporting.
- Adhere to SOPs, loss‑prevention policies and store security procedures.
- Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.
Required profile
- Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about the brand’s product range.
- Strong customer‑service attitude following the GUEST selling methodology.
- Ability to work varied shifts, overtime and maintain confidentiality of sales data.
- Attention to detail for visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
