Cyber Security Presales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Presales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The role bridges the gap between sales and technical delivery, helping customers understand and adopt robust security solutions that fit their environment and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify sales leads and align client budgets, timelines, and delivery capabilities.
• Lead discovery sessions to assess current security posture, compliance gaps, and business objectives.
• Design and run technical workshops and maturity assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Architect end‑to‑end cybersecurity solutions for on‑premises, hybrid, and multi‑cloud environments.
• Prepare RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, cost‑optimized Bills of Materials and detailed Statements of Work.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and manage Proof‑of‑Concepts to validate solutions.
• Coordinate with security vendors to stay current on roadmaps and secure deal pricing.
• Conduct post‑sale handover to delivery teams and provide sales enablement training.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior level experience in security solution architecture and presales engineering.
• Proven ability to engage customers, gather requirements, and translate them into technical proposals.
• Strong communication skills for delivering presentations and workshops.
• Experience managing complex tender responses and coordinating with multiple vendors.
