Cybersecurity Consultant – Cyber Training, Exercises & Readiness

About the role

This position is focused on designing, delivering, and managing cyber training, exercises, and readiness programs for a client in Qatar. The consultant will work closely with client stakeholders to enhance their security posture through realistic simulations and targeted training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cyber training curricula, exercises, drills, and range activities.
• Assess and improve the client’s security operations centre (SOC) processes and incident response capabilities.
• Provide guidance on threat intelligence, threat hunting, and vulnerability management practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SIEM, EDR, and other security tools into training scenarios.
• Document findings, produce after‑action reports, and recommend remediation actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and security operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience in client‑facing, consulting, or training roles is preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
