Data Manager

About the role

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Data Manager for Etqan Global Academy in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for managing the school’s Management Information System and providing accurate data to support leaders, teachers and families.

Key responsibilities

• Run and maintain the school MIS (iSAMS), including annual set‑up, student records and user access.
• Manage assessment data collection and produce PYP and MYP student reports.
• Analyse attainment, progress and attendance data and present findings to leaders and teachers.
• Prepare accurate data returns for the Ministry of Education, the IB and Nord Anglia Education.
• Ensure student and staff data are secure and compliant with Qatar data protection law and NAE policy.
• Improve data processes and the links between school systems.

Required profile

• A degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a school data or MIS role.
• Hands‑on MIS administration experience (iSAMS experience is desirable).
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar is a plus.
• High attention to detail and sound judgement with confidential data.
• Ability to explain data clearly to non‑specialists.
• International school or IB experience (desirable).
