About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our partner schools and early childhood centres in Qatar. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, play‑based, learner‑centered activities.
- Manage classroom routines, materials, documentation, and scheduling effectively.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with children in early childhood settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and ability to apply developmentally appropriate practices.
- Creativity to design engaging activities and organization skills for classroom management.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in preschool or kindergarten environments, ideally in international or multicultural contexts.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Commitment to child safety, inclusivity, and continuous professional development.
