Data Privacy Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Links Corporate Consultants is seeking a Data Privacy Consultant to join its Dubai office on a full‑time basis. You will advise a diverse portfolio of clients on data protection and privacy compliance across UAE and international regulations, helping them build robust data governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' current data handling practices and identify privacy risks.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and draft privacy policies, procedures, and contractual clauses.
• Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with relevant laws and industry standards.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure practical implementation of privacy controls.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing advisory support on emerging privacy trends and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience in data privacy or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of UAE data protection laws and international frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel regionally for project assignments.
