Intern, Contracts and Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Contracts and Compliance team in Doha. This position offers recent law graduates hands‑on experience in contractual governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management within the construction and facility management sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and company policies.
• Support risk assessments and compliance audits conducted by the team.
• Participate in the procurement process, collaborating with various departments to ensure commercial procedures are followed.
• Maintain organized records of contracts and compliance documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Help develop compliance training materials and assist in delivering training sessions.

Required profile

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and commercial processes is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
