Data Scientist – AI & Analytics (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join its digital transformation team in Doha. You will design, build and optimise data pipelines and modern data platforms that support analytics and AI initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and end‑to‑end analytical solutions.
• Prepare data, develop, validate and operationalise machine‑learning models.
• Perform statistical analysis, experiment design and model evaluation, monitoring for bias, drift and leakage.
• Create data visualisations and storytelling dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, applied AI or advanced analytics within enterprise environments.
• Strong programming background in Python and SQL.
• Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design and model governance.
• Experience with Azure data and AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Fabric) is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (Azure Data Scientist/AI Engineer) or a postgraduate degree in a quantitative field.
