Dental Laboratory Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join our on‑site team in Doha. You will combine traditional prosthetic techniques with advanced resin 3D‑printing workflows to produce high‑quality dental appliances for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret dental prescriptions and digital scans to design and fabricate dentures, crowns, bridges and other prosthetic devices.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including resin 3D printers, milling machines and conventional lab tools.
• Perform adjustments, repairs and finishing work to ensure optimal fit, function and aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with dentists, specialists and internal teams throughout the production cycle.
• Follow safety, quality and documentation standards in a clean laboratory environment.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or certification in dental technology or laboratory sciences.
• Proven experience in a dental or medical laboratory, especially with dentures fabrication and adjustment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity under time constraints.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to safety protocols.
